The great relationship I have with Eastern Air Balance Corporation was built over 20 years of partnership on air balancing projects. For example, they worked with us on the construction of our new middle school in 2003 that required nine prime contractors. Having an air balancing company who could focus on the task at hand and nothing less meant that problems didn't get overlooked. Their ability to communicate about issues in the design phase and to work closely with us throughout the project made it a team effort and meant fewer problems. At the end of the project, Eastern Air Balance Corporation provided specific documentation on every piece of equipment. Bringing Eastern Air Balance Corporation on board in the pre-construction phase of any project to alleviates possible concerns/issues in the construction phase of the project. This is certainly money well spent in the front end and more than saved in the end result of any project.
